• Product data: tickers you add to your watchlist, earnings alerts you create, and AI summaries you generate or save.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

• To provide and maintain core features (accounts, watchlists, alerts, AI summaries).
• To authenticate you and protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To generate AI summaries, which involves sending earnings text and headlines to our AI provider for processing.
• To improve reliability, performance, and content quality.

3. Third-party processors

We rely on the following processors to run the Service:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure): authentication, database, and hosting for your account and product data.
• Google Gemini (via Lovable AI Gateway): generation of earnings summaries from public earnings data.
• Finnhub & Alpha Vantage: market and earnings data sources. We send ticker symbols (no personal data) to these providers.

4. Legal basis (EEA/UK)

We process your data under the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract, to provide the Service you sign up for; (b) legitimate interests, to secure and improve the Service; and (c) consent, where required (e.g. for optional cookies).

5. Data retention

We keep account and product data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account or specific items (watchlist entries, alerts, saved summaries) at any time. Cached public earnings data is retained for performance and is not tied to individual users.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, scoped database access, and row-level security to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
