EarningsDesk provides an earnings calendar, watchlists, earnings alerts, and AI-generated summaries of public company earnings. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on EarningsDesk constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and no content is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. AI-generated summaries may contain errors. Always verify against primary sources (official press releases and SEC filings) and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. 3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, abuse, or overload the Service or its underlying data providers;
• attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls;
• resell, redistribute, or republish data from the Service without permission;
• use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Third-party data

Market and earnings data are sourced from third parties (including Finnhub and Alpha Vantage). We do not own that data and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its interface, branding, and original content, is owned by EarningsDesk and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarningsDesk and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
